Mica-Insulated Barrel Band Heater
Two-piece heaters with flange, strap or trunion lockup are used for applications where clearing obstacles and clamping two 180º sections is required. Two-piece heaters may be constructed narrow and wide. Because of limited heating surface and location of screw terminals, heater with a diameter of less than 4"ID are usually not specified as two-piece. Consult with an IHCO Engineer regarding suitability of two-piece band heaters for your application.
